The initiative goes on with the aim of boosting the dialogue between the Venetian art scene and local and international visitors, highlighting the richness and diversity of the city's art scene. Today, the art market is more dynamic and constantly changing than ever, also affected by ongoing geopolitical shifts. In a rapidly evolving context, new energies and new visions are emerging, while many realities are choosing to redefine their presence, exploring different territories and alternative modes of existence. Venice, while welcoming stimuli for renewal, chooses to resist excessive acceleration, proposing slow rhythms and community projects that reinforce a coherent cultural map.
The Venice Gallery Weekend will wind its way through various districts, offering the opportunity to experience the city outside the traditional museum circuits and to meet artists, curators and gallery owners.

Founded in 2018, Venice Galleries View has grown over the years, welcoming new galleries and participating more and more actively in Venice's art scene. Today, VGV brings together nineteen research galleries operating in the contemporary art system and the primary market, with the aim of attracting an international art audience and promoting the cultural life of the city, which extends beyond the physical and temporal boundaries of the Biennale.
