Moderni/Friedensreich Hundertwasser




    Friedensreich Hundertwasser, pseudonym of Friedrich Stowasser, born in 1928 in Vienna. After he studied at the Montessori school of Vienna, in 1948 he attended for three months the Academy of fine Arts. During the 60s he travelled around Europe and the East and started to get involved in ecological architecture, restructuration and decoration of private and public buildings. He died of heart attack in 2000 while he was on board of the Queen Elizabeth II during a trip in the Pacific Ocean.
